How does it work?

It’s easy! When you book a ride with SuperShuttle or ExecuCar online or through our mobile apps, you can include your Rapid Rewards account number to earn points.

The points show up on your Rapid Rewards account an average of 6 -8 weeks later.

How many points do I earn?

Rapid Rewards members will earn 150 points for one way or 300 points for round trip SuperShuttle or ExecuCar reservations booked online.

What if I cancel or am unable to keep my ride?

Note: Reward points only apply to rides that are prepaid and completed.

If your ride is incomplete due to a failure on our end, you will be reimbursed for your ride and the points will not be applied to your account.

If you cancel prior to the four hour cancellation policy, you will receive full reimbursement for your ride.

If you cancel within the four hour window, your fare is forfeited along with your points.

What are the Terms of Service?

Rapid Rewards points can be earned for SuperShuttle or ExecuCar airport transfer reservations booked online or through our mobile apps.

Do I have to book online to earn points?

Yes you must book online or through any of our mobile applications.

Can I earn Rapid Rewards if I pay in van?

No, Rapid Rewards points are only awarded for reservations booked on line or through our mobile apps.

Can I earn Rapid Rewards if I pay with a voucher?

No, Rapid Rewards points are only awarded for reservations booked on line or through our mobile apps.

Can I earn Rapid Rewards if I book a ride after my flight lands?

Yes, if you book a ride through our iPhone, Android, or mobile app after your flight lands, you can earn points.

Can I earn Rapid Rewards if my flight is delayed?

Yes, as long as our reservation was booked on line or through our mobile apps.

Can I earn Rapid Rewards if I book for someone else?

No, Rapid Rewards member must be the passenger to earn points. Only one person per reservation can earn the points.

Can I earn Rapid Rewards if I book for my child?

No, Rapid Rewards member must be the passenger to earn points. Only one person per reservation can earn the points.

Can I earn more miles if I book for a group?

No, Rapid Rewards member must be the passenger to earn points. Only one person per reservation can earn the points.

Can I earn Rapid Rewards if I book using a discount code?

Yes, you can earn Rapid Rewards points if a discount code is also used.

Can I earn Rapid Rewards if I book through a Travel Agent?

Yes, you can earn Rapid Rewards points if your travel agent books your reservation online and includes your Rapid Rewards number.
